1. What is covered

Coastline Glazing Systems warrants that the products supplied under the above purchase order will be free from manufacturing defects and will conform to the specification for the term shown above from the date of practical completion of the project, subject to the conditions below.

2. Remedy

Upon validated notification of a defect, Coastline Glazing Systems will, at its option and at no cost to the beneficiary, repair or replace the affected product within a commercially reasonable period. The obligation extends to labour for re-fixing to the original installation position but excludes consequential works.

3. Exclusions

• Damage caused by incorrect installation by others, unless the installer was engaged by Coastline Glazing Systems.
• Wear from normal use, including fair cleaning regimes.
• Damage from force majeure events, structural movement beyond specified tolerances, or exposure beyond design conditions.
• Unauthorised modifications, repairs, or use of non-approved replacement parts.

4. Notification

Defect notices shall be lodged via Procuralink referencing the purchase order above. Response within 10 business days; on-site inspection within 20 business days where required.

5. Transfer

This warranty is transferable with the property on first resale upon written notification to Coastline Glazing Systems through Procuralink.
